The first week flew by with our puppies and Mumma doing amazingly. All have gained weight beautifully even our little Angel who was so tiny when she was born. They are getting stronger by the day and some have even started to push themselves up to stand. They are being given supplement feeds 4-5 times a day just to help Mumma out. 11 Puppies is a lot for any dog so we learnt from the first litter that the more we help her out the less strain it is on her body.

So far there isn’t too much to tell in regards to personalities. We expect eyes to start to open this coming week which is when we start to see their personalities start to shine through. So far the girls are all pretty chill and Percy one of our big boys is probably the most chilled puppy all together. As soon as he has a full belly he passes out where ever he is. Whereas some prefer to be snuggled up to Mumma or a sibling for extra comfort.

Many of the puppies are very similar colouring, we have a few lighter almost white and they are Astra, Odie & Rex. Mac is probably the darkest out of all the puppies currently. And we are seeing some waves in coats starting to show through which from previous litters is indicative of a fleece coat which the majority of our F1 babies have ended up with.
