New Litter Arrival

perth groodles

We are beyond excited to announce the arrival of seven healthy F1 Standard Groodle puppies on the 27th of October 2023. Four boys and three girls.

After a few restless nights in the lead-up, the first puppy was born at 7:38 am and because there was more room to grow this time, they were quite a bit bigger at birth than the first litter. The biggest boys weighed in at 500 grams (the previous litter biggest were 430 grams) and the smallest who looks tiny is actually 40 grams bigger than the smallest puppies in the first litter.

But Mum is doing really well and is super proud of her newest arrivals. Although we think she is wondering where the rest are after such a large litter the first time around. Although it is a little too early to know their personalities just yet, below you will find the details of each puppy and images from their first 48 hours. Have you applied for one of our Puppies? Or would like to Apply?

Please note, those who have applied for puppies or wish to apply that we will be confirmed in 3-4 weeks how many will be available to go to furever homes. Feel free to email again with you interest for the current litter.

Obviously, seven is quite a few less than last time so we will be working out the best matches once we know more about each of the puppies. The time also will get us past the riskiest time for puppies. As we are small ethical family breeders, we do not take deposits on puppies until we are certain that we have one perfect for you and your family. Because we are never certain when our next litter will be.

As puppies will be due to go to their homes just before Christmas we will be ensuring that all families are well suited and not just a ‘gift’. We also make sure that new owners are aware of the expected size of them as fully grown dogs and ensure that they are prepared to adequately train them.

Like our first litter, we encourage anyone who ‘needs’ non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs to think about a fully hypoallergenic dog (like a poodle) as there is no way we can 100% guarantee what coats will be when fully grown as they change so much in the first 12 months and this is when they will get their full adult coat.

Viewings will take place from four weeks of age at this stage once they are past the riskiest weeks.

Apply for a puppy here.
